Talent Partner
London | £40,000 base + 10% bonus | Hybrid working
A technology consultancy based in London is looking for a Talent Partner to join its internal Talent Acquisition team. This is a strong opportunity for a technology recruiter who is ready to move in-house and take ownership of proactive hiring across graduate and experienced technical roles.
The role
You will identify, engage and recruit technical talent, with a focus on computer science and STEM graduates as well as experienced technology consultants. Graduate hiring is focused on targeted headhunting and candidate quality, alongside managing applications.
Responsibilities include:
• Proactively sourcing and approaching computer science and STEM graduates
• Engaging candidates from a range of strong academic backgrounds, including Master's and PhD graduates
• Using LinkedIn, Reed, Handshake and other relevant channels to build talent pipelines
• Recruiting experienced technical consultants
• Partnering with colleagues and hiring stakeholders to deliver a professional candidate experience
• Potentially supporting senior recruitment as the team’s needs evolve
About you
• Around one to two years of technology recruitment experience
• Agency or relevant in-house recruitment experience
• Confident sourcing and headhunting skills
• Clear, credible communication and a professional approach with candidates and stakeholders
• Comfortable engaging technical and academically strong candidates
• A degree is preferred
• Motivated to develop your career in an in-house Talent Partner role
Salary and benefits
• £40,000 base salary
• 10% bonus opportunity, worth £4,000 at target
• Four days a week in the London office and one day working from home
• 20 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
