A specialist executive search firm is hiring a Research Associate / Search Consultant to support growth across asset management and investment markets.
The firm partners with clients across asset management, private markets, pensions, wealth management and institutional investing, delivering search-led recruitment, retained mandates and broader advisory projects.
This is a collaborative, research-led environment, focused on quality, market knowledge and long-term relationships rather than high-volume transactional recruitment.

The Role
You will work closely with senior leadership on search mandates and market intelligence projects.
Responsibilities include:
Market mapping and research
Identifying and engaging candidates
Managing candidate processes
Supporting retained search mandates
Producing market insight
Building long-term candidate relationships
Supporting broader advisory projects
The role is not heavily BD-led, although there is scope to become more client-facing over time.
