Delivery Consultant
Dubai, UAE | Permanent | Indicative base £35,000–£40,000 equivalent
Join a growing specialist recruitment team supporting hedge funds and systematic trading businesses. This is a delivery-focused opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys sourcing and qualifying hard-to-find technical talent and wants to build expertise in a demanding, high-value market.
The role
You will work on existing client requirements, primarily supporting recruitment across the US market. There is no requirement to win new business. The immediate focus is candidate delivery, with the opportunity to take on account ownership as you build experience and demonstrate strong performance.
Responsibilities include:
• Sourcing and headhunting specialist technology candidates for live client requirements
• Building candidate networks across low-latency engineering, C++, Rust, quantitative development and quantitative research
• Qualifying candidates and managing them through the recruitment process
• Developing a strong understanding of client needs and identifying candidates who may suit more than one requirement
• Working with colleagues to convert existing vacancies into successful placements
• Supporting client relationships and taking ownership of accounts over time, if that suits your strengths
About you
• Recruitment experience with evidence of strong sourcing and delivery skills
• Confident engaging and qualifying specialist technical candidates
• Organised, resilient and motivated to perform in a selective market
• Comfortable working with candidates and clients across international time zones
• Interested in a delivery-focused role without a cold business development requirement
• Financial services or hedge fund experience is helpful but not essential
Package and relocation
• Indicative base salary of £35,000–£40,000 equivalent per year
• Final salary will be paid in AED, with the exact package to be confirmed
• Commission arrangements are being finalised and are not yet confirmed
• Relocation support includes visa assistance, an outbound flight and health insurance
• Accommodation costs are the candidate’s responsibility
Working pattern
The role is based in Dubai and is primarily office-based. Working hours can flex to support the market being covered, including earlier or later starts for regional time zones. One day working from home may be considered once performance is established.
The team has existing client accounts and live requirements ready to be worked. There is scope to progress into account ownership, while remaining focused on delivery is also a valid career path.
