My client is continuing to expand its presence within Switzerland and is looking to hire an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to help drive growth across the market.

The Role

  • Developing and growing recruitment partnerships across Switzerland

  • Managing permanent and/or contract recruitment processes

  • Winning new business and expanding existing client relationships

  • Building a strong network within the Swiss market

  • Working closely with internal leadership and delivery teams

  • Contributing towards the long-term growth of the European business

  • Recruitment experience within technology or specialist markets

  • Strong commercial and business development capability

  • Experience within permanent and/or contract recruitment

  • Ambitious, proactive and relationship-driven mindset

  • Interest in the Swiss market and long-term growth
