My client is continuing to expand its presence within Switzerland and is looking to hire an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to help drive growth across the market.

The Role
Developing and growing recruitment partnerships across Switzerland
Managing permanent and/or contract recruitment processes
Winning new business and expanding existing client relationships
Building a strong network within the Swiss market
Working closely with internal leadership and delivery teams
Contributing towards the long-term growth of the European business
What They’re Looking For
Recruitment experience within technology or specialist markets
Strong commercial and business development capability
Experience within permanent and/or contract recruitment
Ambitious, proactive and relationship-driven mindset
Interest in the Swiss market and long-term growth
Stable background with strong communication skills
