Hybrid, London (3-days a week)
Up to £40000 - £35000 per annum base + Up To 50% commission
My client is looking to hire an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to support the continued growth of their DACH division.
This is an opportunity to join an established international recruitment business with strong infrastructure, excellent tools and genuine long-term growth plans across Europe.
The role will focus on developing relationships and delivering recruitment solutions across the German-speaking markets, working with a mix of existing accounts and new business opportunities.

The Role
Building and growing relationships across the DACH market
Managing permanent and/or contract recruitment processes
Developing new business opportunities
Expanding existing accounts and partnerships
Becoming a recognised market specialist within your vertical
Working closely with internal delivery and leadership teams
What They’re Looking For
Proven recruitment experience within technology or specialist markets
Strong business development capability
Experience working permanent and/or contract recruitment
Commercial mindset with strong relationship-building skills
Interest in European markets
Stable career history and long-term mindset
