The Opportunity

I’m working with a purpose-led data and technology consultancy that is looking to hire an Internal Recruiter into its London team.

This is not a recruitment agency role. It is an in-house recruitment position covering technology hires across areas such as Data, DevOps, Cyber Security and Software Engineering.

The business is a certified B Corp and recognised as a Top 15 Social Mobility Employer. They are focused on helping people from diverse backgrounds launch careers in technology, while supporting major organisations with talent, training and technology capability.

This is a great opportunity for someone from an agency or in-house recruitment background who enjoys candidate engagement, structured hiring processes and stakeholder management, but wants to move into a more purpose-led internal role.

The Role

As an Internal Recruiter, you will support hiring across both junior and experienced technology talent.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, academy trainers and delivery teams to ensure hiring is aligned with business and client demand. The role will suit someone who is organised, articulate, proactive and passionate about identifying high-potential talent.

You will play an important role in assessing attitude, aptitude, communication skills and cultural fit, helping candidates from a range of backgrounds access careers in technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across junior and experienced technology hiring

  • Source, screen and engage candidates across Data, DevOps, Cyber Security and Software Engineering

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities

  • Support structured interviews, assessment centres and candidate selection processes

  • Champion inclusive hiring and support the business’s social mobility mission

  • Maintain strong process, admin, data accuracy and candidate experience

  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, trainers and delivery teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in recruitment, either agency or in-house

  • Exposure to technology, professional services or high-volume hiring would be useful

  • Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing

  • Good stakeholder management and the confidence to partner with internal teams

  • Strong organisation, attention to detail and process discipline

  • Someone humble, low ego and calm under pressure

  • A genuine interest in social mobility, diversity and helping people build careers in technology
