REMOTE - GTM Senior Recruiter
GTM Recruitment Consultant
Fully Remote | Boutique Specialist Agency | High Trust Environment
The Opportunity
A high-performing boutique recruitment business specialising in Go-To-Market hiring is looking to add an experienced recruiter to its team.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys the GTM space and wants to work in a more mature, autonomous environment without the usual heavy KPI culture, micromanagement, or unnecessary politics that can come with larger firms.
The business has grown consistently, operates with a lean structure, and has built a strong reputation through quality delivery, founder-led business development, and a disciplined approach to growth.
This is not a business trying to hire for volume. They are looking for the right person.
My client is a 4-head, founder-led GTM recruitment agency operating on a fully remote model. The business has doubled revenue year-on-year and generated c. £1.2m last year across a lean team.
The founders are heavily involved in business development, allowing consultants to focus predominantly on delivery, with opportunity to build their own client base over time.
The culture is high-trust, results-only. No KPIs. No call monitoring. No micromanagement.
Why This Role Stands Out
There are a lot of recruitment businesses in the market offering similar role titles, but very few offer this level of autonomy and trust.
What makes this opportunity attractive is the combination of:
fully remote working
a mature, grown-up culture
access to live work and established relationships
strong support from experienced leadership
genuine freedom to operate without being micromanaged
This is a role for someone who wants to be judged on output, delivery, and commercial performance rather than call stats or surface-level activity metrics.
You will be trusted to manage your desk, organise your week, and perform like an adult.
The Role
This is a Go-To-Market recruitment role focused on supporting clients with commercial and revenue-generating hires.
The position is suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering on live opportunities, and operating with a high level of ownership.
The role will involve:
working on live GTM vacancies
delivering high-quality shortlists and recruitment processes
managing candidate relationships end to end
partnering closely with leadership on priority assignments
contributing to long-term account growth
building your own market presence over time
There is an opportunity to grow into more client ownership, but the immediate need is for someone who can add value, deliver well, and operate with consistency.
What They Are Looking For
The biggest thing being assessed is not just recruitment experience, but mindset.
They want someone who is:
mature
self-sufficient
commercially aware
consistent
accountable
comfortable working remotely
motivated by results rather than supervision
A strong billing background will help, but personality and working style matter just as much.
This environment will suit someone who likes freedom, trusts themselves to manage their own performance, and does not need constant direction.
This role won’t be a good for for recruiters who need:
daily office energy to stay motivated
heavy structure and KPI management
constant oversight
a loud, overly salesy recruitment culture
It is much better suited to someone who wants a calmer, sharper, more professional environment where trust is high and expectations are clear.
Culture
The culture is one of the biggest selling points.
It is adult, supportive, and performance-led without being overbearing.
There is a strong emphasis on:
trust
ownership
flexibility
consistency
quality over noise
The team operates remotely, with regular check-ins and occasional in-person meetups, but without forcing unnecessary presenteeism.
Why Someone Would Move for This
For the right recruiter, this offers something a lot of businesses talk about but very few genuinely provide:
Real Autonomy
You get the chance to work in a specialist market, in a lean business, with strong foundations, without being dragged into politics, pointless KPIs, or an environment where activity is valued more than outcomes.
It’s a great fit for a recruiter who wants to do good work, be trusted, and build in a more sustainable way.
