A boutique, high-quality recruitment business is looking to hire a Delivery Consultant to focus on Product and Product Design hiring.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys the delivery side of recruitment and wants to work on a warm desk with real clients, live roles, and strong fee potential, rather than starting from zero.
The business has evolved from its Product & Design roots into a broader technology offering, including Data, AI and Machine Learning, positioning it well for continued growth.

The Role
This is a delivery-led recruitment position focused on Product and Product Design roles.
You will:
work on live vacancies from day one
manage candidate processes end-to-end
build and maintain strong candidate networks
partner closely with leadership on key accounts
contribute to ongoing delivery and client success
There is no expectation to build a desk from scratch, although there is scope to grow into client ownership over time if desired.

You do not need to be a Product specialist already, but you must be able to learn quickly and operate credibly in the space.

Salary & Earnings
Base salary: £30,000 – £45,000
Commission: 10% flat
Average fee: ~£19,000
