The Mission

My client are a 6-person, remote-first recruitment agency partnering with some of the world’s most ambitious firms across AI, Robotics, and Quantitative Engineering. They are moving away from a “bums on seats” mentality to build a highly efficient, deep-tech recruitment business focused on outcomes, not optics.

As a Senior 360 Executive Consultant, the successful hire will operate as a Mini-CEO, owning senior-level business development and scaling founder-led relationships, translating complex deep-tech challenges into high-value placements.

The Role

Strategic BD
Own and scale relationships with founders and C-suite leaders within AI- and Robotics-led organisations.

360 Ownership
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from creative outreach and pitching through to closing complex, senior mandates.

Deep-Tech Expertise
Engage credibly with emerging markets and product-led businesses to provide genuine commercial value.

High Autonomy
Manage your own diary and operate with intent in a culture that values evidence-based results over online presence.
