Salary: Up to £40,000–£45,000 base + commission

The Opportunity
Caprecruit are partnering with a high-performing boutique recruitment business that is continuing to scale its Tech Sales and GTM recruitment function.
They are hiring a Delivery Consultant to work closely with senior consultants and leadership, supporting delivery across high-value Tech Sales and GTM mandates into FinTech, Banking, and Derivatives clients.
This is a strong opportunity for a delivery-focused recruiter who enjoys candidate-led work, structured processes, and exposure to senior, commercially impactful hires.
The Role
As a Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end candidate delivery across Tech Sales and GTM roles, partnering closely with experienced consultants and the Founder.
Typical roles include:
Account Executive
Business Development Manager
Account Manager
Inside Sales / SDR
Head of Sales / VP Sales
CRO and senior GTM leadership
Clients range from early-stage start-ups (pre-seed/seed) through to Series A–C+ growth businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Source and headhunt Tech Sales and GTM professionals using LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping
Manage candidates through the full recruitment process, from initial approach to offer stage
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple GTM verticals
Support senior consultants with shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer management
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
About You
Proven experience as a Delivery Consultant or 180 Recruiter
Background in Tech Sales, GTM, or commercial recruitment (Ideal)
Strong sourcing, headhunting, and candidate management skills
Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple processes simultaneously
Ambitious, competitive, and keen to progress long-term
