Overview
We are partnering with a consulting-led workforce and skills business that is scaling rapidly due to sustained demand from enterprise clients across multiple sectors.
They are hiring a Principal Growth / Client Partner / Senior Account Manager to inherit and grow an established portfolio of strategic accounts across Commerce & Industry (C&I), while also playing a key role in new logo acquisition and strategic new business development.
This is a senior commercial role suited to someone who enjoys expanding complex enterprise relationships but is equally motivated by opening new doors and creating net-new revenue streams.
The Role
You will operate as a senior commercial leader responsible for both deepening existing partnerships and driving new client acquisition.
Key responsibilities include:
Inheriting and growing a portfolio of warm, active enterprise accounts
Driving new logo acquisition and developing new strategic relationships
Acting as a senior commercial partner to clients with complex buying groups
Leading account expansion initiatives and multi-year commercial engagements
Operating in a consulting-led, solutions-based sales environment
Collaborating closely with delivery, consulting, and leadership teams
The Profile
This role typically suits individuals with a strong blend of strategic account growth and new business capability.
You are likely to have:
Experience within consulting, workforce solutions, or Hire-Train-Deploy models
A track record of enterprise account growth alongside new business generation
Exposure to SaaS or complex B2B solution selling
Confidence operating at senior stakeholder and board level
Strong commercial acumen and relationship management capability
MEDDPICC experience is advantageous but not essential.
Package
£80k – £100k+ base salary (flexible for the right profile)
100–150% OTE
Hybrid working model (London office 2–3 days per week)
