Caprecruit is proud to partner with a well-established Hire–Train–Deploy consultancy in London to appoint a Mid-Level Internal Recruiter.

The Role
As an Internal Recruiter, you will be the engine behind the company’s growth, responsible for identifying and hiring the next generation of technology consultants. This is a high-impact, delivery-focused role with significant exposure to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for technology consultants.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with delivery teams and leadership to align hiring with business needs.
Strategy & Attraction: Develop and refine candidate experience and attraction strategies.
Process Excellence: Maintain a structured, data-driven approach to hiring and onboarding.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a process-driven recruiter who enjoys the "delivery" aspect of the role but wants to be closer to the business.
Experience: Proven track record in Tech Recruitment or Professional Services (Agency or In-house).
Mindset: Commercially aware, organised, and capable of managing senior stakeholders.
Adaptability: While "Hire-Train-Deploy" experience is a bonus, we are very open to recruiters from broader professional services backgrounds.
