My client is a privately owned consumer brand founded in the mid-2010s, which has grown steadily from a small entrepreneurial operation into a multi-channel business spanning head office, commercial teams, and physical retail.
The business has built its growth on strong brand identity, commercial performance, and a hands-on culture. Hiring has historically been managed in a reactive way, and this role has been created to professionalise and scale recruitment as the company enters its next phase of growth.
This is not a corporate or heavily process-driven environment. It is a fast-moving, owner-led business where visibility, accountability, and delivery matter. The Internal Recruiter will sit close to decision-makers and have genuine influence over how the business hires and grows.

This is a broad, end-to-end Internal Recruiter position with responsibility for hiring across the entire organisation, rather than a single function.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Managing circa 15 live roles at any one time in a fast-paced environment
Recruiting across sales and commercial teams, head office functions, and retail operations
Taking detailed briefs directly from hiring managers and senior stakeholders
Owning the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
Managing multiple processes simultaneously and keeping stakeholders aligned
Ensuring hiring quality and retention, not just speed or volume
Using internal systems to track pipelines, interviews, and progress
This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and exposure across a business, and who is comfortable facing off with stakeholders rather than operating behind layers of process.
Candidate Profile
Internal recruiter or agency recruiter looking to move in-house
1-2 +years experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
Comfortable recruiting across multiple disciplines and seniority levels
Confident managing stakeholders and setting expectations
Organised, resilient, and commercially aware
Enjoys ownership and accountability in a growing business environment
BONUS & OTE STRUCTURE:
• 5% of salary payable at the end of each quarter once a hire has completed 3 months
• Discretionary bonus for every 5 hires who pass probation (6 months)
OTE trajectory:
• Year 1: £50,000
• Year 2: £70,000–£75,000
• Year 3: £100,000
Package:
• Base salary up to £32,500
• 5% commission on every hire
• Realistic OTE £50,000–£80,000
