Head of SAAS Sales – Fintech

A highly regarded agency is seeking an experienced leader to spearhead and expand their technology sales team.


JOB DESCRIPTION

My client are seeking an exceptional Head of Tech Sales to lead and grow their technology sales team in the fintech space.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing sales teams, as well as deep expertise in the fintech industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities for staffing partnerships, proactively engaging with potential clients to expand the client base.

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic plans for the tech sales division, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their contract staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions.

  • Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and market developments related to contract staffing, adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Performance Metrics: Set and monitor performance metrics for the contract recruitment team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as Product and Technology, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of staffing projects.

  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and contract staffing partners to ensure a strong talent pipeline.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to contract staffing and recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, with at least 5+ years of experience.

  • Experience leading and managing a team of recruiters in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of staffing trends, market dynamics, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

  • Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive performance and exceed targets.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans.
