JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead UK Insurance divisions, comprising a group of exceptionally skilled individuals.
Within our four insurance sub-sectors, covering roles encompassing: Change, IT, BI / MI & Data, and Insurance & Reinsurance Operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Insurance Recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance reviews.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet the company's staffing needs.
Source and identify top talent in the Insurance industry through a variety of channels, including networking,social media, and industry events.
Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Track and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and optimize recruitment strategies.
Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide recruitment policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in recruitment, with at least 5+ years of experience.
Experience leading and managing a team of recruiters in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of staffing trends, market dynamics, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive performance and exceed targets.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans.
