Job Title: Head of Internal Recruitment - Technology Recruitment Agency

Location: London, United Kingdom

Salary: £60,000 - £100,000 (plus bonus and commission)

About Them: My client are a leading technology recruitment agency headquartered in London, who are on an ambitious growth trajectory, aiming to expand from 120 to 300 heads in the next phase of their development. With a global footprint and new offices opening worldwide, they are committed to delivering top-tier talent to their clients. As part of this expansion, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Internal Recruitment to lead their internal talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Recruitment Planning:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

  2. Team Leadership:

    • To eventually grow the internal recruitment function.

    • Foster a collaborative and innovative recruitment environment.

  3. Full-Cycle Recruitment:

    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, for positions across the organization.

    • Manage a diverse range of roles, including contingent technology recruitment, consultancy, and client services.

  4. Global Expansion:

    • Play a pivotal role in the establishment of new offices globally, contributing to the recruitment strategy for each location.

    • Work closely with local teams to understand regional nuances and tailor recruitment approaches accordingly.

  5. Talent Pipeline Development:

    • Proactively build and nurture a pipeline of high-calibre candidates for current and future roles.

    • Implement best practices for talent mapping and market analysis.

  6. Diversity and Inclusion:

    • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.

    • Ensure a fair and unbiased selection process to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

  7. Hiring at All Levels:

    • Manage recruitment for positions ranging from junior to senior, including director-level roles.

    • Collaborate with department heads to understand specific skill requirements for each role.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a senior recruitment role within rec-to-rec internal recruitment.

  • Leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing recruitment teams.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruitment strategies for rapid organizational growth.

  • Excellent understanding of the technology recruitment landscape and market trends.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

  • Experience in a global recruitment setting, with an understanding of regional recruitment nuances.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
