  • Base - £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) basic salary + Comms + Override

They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Managing Consultant to join their tech team.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will lead and coach a team of five experienced tech recruiters, drive revenue growth through strategic client engagement and recruitment initiatives, and play a key role in achieving departmental goals.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Manager

  • Division: Technology - All verticals including Data, Software Development, DevOps, and Product

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of five technical recruiters, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

  • Partner with the Sales Director to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for assigned technology verticals (Data, Dev, DevOps, etc.).

  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
