TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
London (100% Onsite)
£25,000 – £30,000 + uncapped commission (First year OTE £45,000)
*This is a fully office-based position and will require you to be in the London office 5x per week*

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn everything you need to know to source quality candidates, get interviews and make placements - with a view to develop into achieving this on a consistent basis.
You will be assisted in achieving this through hands on training from their Directors.
The training will be combination of classroom style and coaching on the desk with your team leader and teammates.
*This is a sales position - you must be comfortable selling over the phone and being in a target/KPI based environment*
A Trainee is not expected to know everything from day one, this is the time to ask questions, practice and make a name for yourself! All we ask is that you are hard working, committed and posses the genuine desire to be successful and hit your targets (personally and professionally). A Trainee Recruitment Consultant is ultimately aiming to become a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant which would take between 6-12 months on average. During this period a trainee is expected to grow in confidence, ability and create a business within the business
Key Activities:
Candidate attraction, sourcing and shortlisting
Creating and placing job adverts for live roles
Sourcing candidates through all available avenues
Building relationships and understanding the importance of this
Utilising social networking tools such as LinkedIn to connect with potential candidates
Briefing potential candidates about the role, responsibilities and benefits of the job.
Presenting candidates to the Account Manager in a clear and definitive way to highlight their strengths and suitability
Experience/Skills Needed:
Sales/business development experience (Estate Agents, SDRs, Brokers, Recruitment, Telesales, Insurance Sales etc)
Business acumen e.g. problem solving, critical thinking, commercial awareness
Confidence and assertiveness whilst remaining polite and professional
Salary and Benefits
Basic starting salary of £25,000
Uncapped commission - up to 30% on every placement
Monthly Cash Bonuses - up to £2,000 on top of commission per month
