Head of Contract – Technology

I've been exclusively instructed by an exceptional agency who have are looking for a HEAD OF CONTRACT to lead and grow their contract business.

They have traditionally been a dual-desk/perm business but they now want to grow Contract. They cover Data, Product, Development and Design verticals; there is opportunity to work across them all.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Head of Contract Recruitment, you will be responsible for leading and implementing the contract staffing strategy.

In time, the role will develop tp managing a team of recruiters, and working with other departments to ensure that our contract recruitment efforts are successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities for contract staffing partnerships, proactively engaging with potential clients to expand the client base.

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic plans for the contract recruitment division, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their contract staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions.

  • Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and market developments related to contract staffing, adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Performance Metrics: Set and monitor performance metrics for the contract recruitment team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of contract staffing projects.

  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and contract staffing partners to ensure a strong talent pipeline.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to contract staffing and recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in contract recruitment, with at least 5+ years of experience.

  • Experience leading and managing a team of contract recruiters in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of contract staffing trends, market dynamics, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

  • Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive performance and exceed targets.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans.
