SERVICENOW SENIOR/PRINCIPAL RECRUITER

Hybrid, London (3-days a week)

Up to £45,000 depending on experience + uncapped commission (top bracket 40%)

Caprecruit have just been briefed on an exciting Principal/Senior ServiceNow Recruiter role within a niche-focused entrepreneurial recruitment business!

My client are looking to hire to fill a crucial role as a team member relocates to the US.

Prior experience in tech recruitment is essential, though direct knowledge of the ServiceNow market is not required.

They're looking for someone with a strong focus on business development. The ideal candidate will have the ability to generate jobs within existing and new customer bases, with potential for rapid progression into team leadership.

About the Company:

  • The company was founded in 2005 and has a current headcount of 180.

  • The company are very well established within their markets and this will give you the opportunity to grow out an area of business within a successful business.

  • They have some big plans to develop its offering with new divisions, bigger teams, and new regions in 2024. This is all part of their mission and vision to build teams that shape the world!

  • With that comes the need for experienced consultants to join their already-established sales team! They had 37 new experienced starters last year (2023); there are lots of great opportunities across their teams.

  • They have a proven track record of delivering high-quality and complex programmes of work, and their specialist recruitment team is fully trained across all areas of the technology spectrum, allowing them to fully understand the specific needs of their clients and deliver an excellent solution and service.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years within the technology recruitment industry.

  • Experience in recruiting into ServiceNow is a bonus.

  • BD experience – experience bringing on clients and candidates.

  • Only one previous recruitment role is preferred

  • Highly motivated individual who wants to be the best they can be!
