Base - £90k - £120k OTE - £170k - £240k (bonus + equity)

We are on the hunt for an Account Director to join a leading Hire, Train, Deploy Consultancy.

The business is going through a growth phase and are looking for an experienced HTD Account Director to lead the Banking and Finance Team.

The Account Director will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and supporting with growing an existing client base, developing new relationships & converting new business.


As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of account managers responsible for growing our existing client base, developing new relationships, and converting new business with the support of our sales development team. You will oversee the development and execution of strategic account plans, ensuring that client needs are met and that our services are exceeding expectations. Your expertise in the technical recruitment industry will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, while your leadership skills will foster a cohesive and motivated team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client value.

  • Presentation Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing our company's services, capabilities, and success stories. Effectively communicate our value proposition and address client concerns.

  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide insights and recommendations to management regarding adjustments to sales strategies and pricing models.

  • Training Collaboration: Work closely with the training team to ensure that client needs are being met through customized training programs. Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions to enhance client capabilities.

  • Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key performance metrics, opportunities for growth, and potential challenges. Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring that sales goals are being met and deals are progressing smoothly. Provide guidance and support to account managers to maximize deal closure rates.

  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, emerging technologies, and changes in market conditions. Leverage your deep understanding of technical recruitment solutions to provide expert advice to clients.


The successful candidate must have prior experience selling Technical Recruitment Solutions or, prior experience selling the Hire, Train, Deploy/ Recruit, Train, Deploy model.

Salary up to £120,000 base + bonus (dependant on team performance)
