Hiring Manager: Head of Practice - Data Analytics

Founded by the CEO of large recruitment agency (Private Equity owned now)
Initially focused on placing into finance (interim/permanent )
Expanded into data & analytics due to market demand

Strong deal flow expected in the next 12 weeks

Team & Locations:
108 employees across London, Chelmsford, Frankfurt, and New York
Data & Analytics team: 10 people (4 perm, 3 interim, 3 tech leadership)
Openings on Data Analytics Team:
1 Interim
1 Tech Leadership
2 Permanent
Ideal Candidate:
1-2 years of experience (data experience a plus)
Strong communication and phone skills
Comfortable meeting candidates face-to-face and virtually
Collaborative, results-oriented team player
Diverse background welcome
Salary & Commission:
£30k base + commission for grads
Up to £45k-£50k base + commission for exceptional senior candidates

The Ideal Candidate
2+ years working in the recruitment industry.
Experience in recruiting into Data & Analytics is a bonus.
BD experience – experience bringing on clients and candidates.
