We're searching for a Team Manager - B2B & B2C Product to join London's leading product recruitment agency. You'll lead their talented team in building high-performing product functions across diverse, innovative companies, from nimble startups to established product-led organizations.

Lead and mentor: Guide and develop a team of passionate product recruiters,fostering career growth and unlocking their full potential.
Identify and attract top talent: Leverage your expertise to source and build relationships with exceptional B2B and B2C product leaders across London and Europe.
Deep dive into the world of product: Partner closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, crafting tailored recruitment strategies for success.

Proven experience: 4+ years of 360 recruitment experience within the technology or product space.
