PERM BILLING MANAGER – Technology recruitment
Salary: £60k OTE £100k- £120k

The ROLE:
You will work with SENIOR AND MANAGING CONSULTANTS to look where you can land and expand their accounts ie as well as build out a new client base.
You WILL INHERIT A TEAM from day one and with the support of the board, will grow the TECHNOLOGY (PERM) business INTO a sizeable profit centre.
Whilst from day one you might be expected to get your hands dirty; your main priority will be around the client-side and growing/overseeing the team.
The role is paying up to £60k on the base plus bonus and team overrides. They are looking for someone from a technology recruitment background who has strong management experience.

THE PERSON:
What are we looking for?
Proven recruiter with 5+ years’ experience in the Tech markets
Demonstrated an ability to build, grow and run a team of 6-10+
An excellent communicator with an entrepreneurial flare
A structured operator adept at running a strong process
Have the drive and ambition to build and keep building
