We have just been briefed on another unreal opportunity, this time it is for Life Sciences Exec Search Consultant

Why do we think it's such a good opportunity?

1. It's a true CONSULTANCY role!
It's ideal for those candidates who prefer the candidate-focused aspects of the role, such as the deep diving into a candidate's motivations, and finding out what makes them tick.
No call times or dial-out target KPIs, quality is paramount.

2. Despite not having to make any sales (BD) calls, candidates still get 100% of the deal value added to their billings, no splits.
My client currently has 50+ roles open and 16 retainers secured. All they need now is the right consultant to take these roles to market.

3. Fantastic Commission Structure with no threshold.
Once you bill over £35%, you get 40% of the FULL billings.
With their average deal sizes being €27k (EU) and $50k (USA), you can work out how lucrative this market is.

4. Travel Opportunities.
Once we are past the pandemic, there will be opportunities to travel globally to meet the clients. Most of their clients are based in the US and in the EU. (Higher fees, so its a no brainer)
