The Role
We’re looking for a Principal Growth Partner to join the sales team in London. You’ll own and grow enterprise client relationships, manage end-to-end delivery, and play a key role in taking the business to the next stage of growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Manage and expand relationships with enterprise clients
✅ Drive end-to-end account management – client engagement through to consultant deployment
✅ Help grow the business to 15+ consultants deployed
✅ Influence sales strategy and long-term growth initiatives
What’s on Offer
💷 Base Salary: Up to £85,000
📈 Commission: Up to 15% of GP generated (+ Year 1 kicker of £1,750 per consultant deployed)

Who We’re Looking For
Experienced Account Manager / 360 recruiter with a strong billing record
Background in tech or consulting (preferred)
Comfortable in a scale-up/start-up environment
Ambitious, with leadership potential
